Affiliates - PurchaseProduct.net

To simplify the ordering process for our customers, Hixus Software now uses its exclusive PurchaseProduct.net order redirection system.

This page describes how the system works and provides information on how RegNow affiliates can ensure they continue to receive affiliate commissions from sales successfully generated from their site.

Benefits of the New System

PurchaseProduct.net has been set up for the exclusive use of Hixus Software. The new system makes it easier and faster for customers to access our ordering forms, especially when typing the address directly into their Web browser from hard copy or when they are told the address over the phone.

Reliability of the ordering process is also increased as the provider used to process the orders can be changed by us on-demand in real time. This is a particularly useful capability for when routine system maintenance is performed.

The New Ordering Link Format

Ordering forms for Hixus software products can now be accessed in the form of a PurchaseProduct.net sub-domain. For example, http://converter.purchaseproduct.net can take the place of traditional third-party order processing provider URLs.

PurchaseProduct.net ordering URLs for our key software products are listed on the 'Product Resources' pages at http://www.hixus.com/affiliates/ under the text box containing the RegNow order form URLs.

Retaining Affiliate Commissions

Under the new PurchaseProduct.net system, Hixus Software affiliates using RegNow will still receive a commission in the majority of instances, provided they implement the correct ordering form links.

It is recommended that Hixus Software affiliates using RegNow continue to use the standard RegNow ordering URLs containing their affiliate ID on their websites.

Because PurchaseProduct.net will currently direct to the RegNow system in most occasions, commissions received from customers visiting the ordering form at a later date via PurchaseProduct.net will usually still be retained (provided the correct RegNow link containing an affiliate ID was used when the customer downloaded a trial version or screenshot from your site).

For those Hixus Software affiliates not using RegNow, it is recommended that they retain the ordering URLs of the affiliate system they have been using rather than changing their links to PurchaseProduct.net.

We recommend that those affiliates who have chosen not to use an affiliate system at all (and therefore do not receive a commission from sales they generate) use the applicable PurchaseProduct.net ordering form URL for increased reliability.
